The following publications can be downloaded for free. They are the result of a series of research projects, funded by the Reichstein Foundation and the Victorian Women’s Trust. The research was conducted in three stages by Dr. Catherine Barrett. The first two stages were done in conjunction with the older gay men’s advocacy group, “Vintage Men”. The first stage examines the experiences of GLBT people in aged care. The second stage explores the perspective of Aged Care providers and looks at strategies to make Aged Care services more GLBT friendly. The final publication is a practical booklet with guidelines to assist Aged Care facilities in providing a welcoming and inclusive service for older lesbians.
